Overcoming Burnout (Without The Overwhelm)
Burnout feels like a buzzword these days and it seems like everyone has an opinion about it. How often have you looked into how to deal with burnout only to be given a completely overwhelming process?
I’m gonna be honest with you, none of the advice I’ve found has really worked for me.
Originally, I had made an acronym for burnout, and it just ended up being way too much (even if I think they were really good points).
At the end of the day, we have to decide what we want most and what’s important. So today I’ve got something a little bit different for you.
