So I tried something I never thought I would: I made a 21-day commitment to myself.

Every day, I sat with mantras and meditation. No productivity goals. No external validation. Just me, my breath, and a tiny whisper of hope that maybe I wasn’t as broken as I felt.

And something shifted.

Not overnight. Not magically. But slowly, steadily, I started to hear my own voice again. I started to trust it.
